Jesse Curran
Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Jesse is a specialist pelvic health and continence physiotherapist, having completed extensive post-graduate training in the assessment and management of issues such as (but not limited to!) trouble with bladder or bowel control, pelvic organ prolapse, pain with sexual intercourse, rehabilitation following pelvic and breast cancer surgeries, pelvic and back pain in pregnancy.
Jesse’s goal is to educate women and men as to the prevalence of these health conditions, and to provide hope and encouragement that yes, there is something that can be done to help!
Brodie Doyle Jones
Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
With over 10 years experience, Brodie has worked across many different sectors including private practice, hospitals, rehabilitation and sporting environments. He has extensive orthopaedic experience in Melbourne’s public and private hospitals and is proficient in managing a range of post-operative clients.
Brodie maintains a keen interest in sports physiotherapy, having worked previously with Melbourne University Blues FC (VAFA), Powerhouse Rugby Union FC (Dewar Shield), Northcote City FC (NPL), and most recently with the might Castlemaine Goldfields FC.
Brodie is an active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association having completed APA Level 2 certificates in both Spinal Physiotherapy and Sports Physiotherapy. He has completed further training in running-related injuries and rehabilitation, and is also a registered GLA:D practitioner, trained to deliver best-practice physiotherapy management for hip and knee osteoarthritis.
Whether it be the competitive athlete or weekend warrior, Brodie is passionate about exercise, education and working with his clients to achieve their full potential.

Eliza Mulholland
Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor
Eliza is a passionate physiotherapist who has a special interest in women's health and working with people who have neurological conditions.
She has completed professional development in treating women's pelvic health concerns including stress urinary incontinence, post natal assessments, exercise throughout the life stages and musculoskeletal conditions common during the childbearing years.
Eliza also has a background in classical ballet having previously danced with the Royal Danish Ballet in Copenhagen. After returning to Australia, Eliza completed extensive clinical Pilates training with Polestar Pilates Australia prior to completing her Physiotherapy degree. Most recently she has been working with clients with neurological conditions including multiple sclerosis, stroke, Parkinsons, ABI, cerebral palsy and balance disorders.
Eliza’s goal is to empower her clients to feel strong and in control of their bodies throughout pregnancy and beyond.
Alison Shirley
Pilates Instructor
Alison Shirley is a Pilates Practitioner of 20 years who loves to journey her clients into revelations and discoveries in their bodies that set them up for life. With a commitment to each body, mind and spirit she encounters, Ali focuses on strong foundational excellence to achieve goals safely and reach beyond perceived limitations.
Ali is undertaking her Master of Dance with the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music at V, Melbourne University. Her research further develops her improvisational and choreographic practice and prevalent understanding of safe and effective stretch techniques. Ali holds a graduate certificate in Advanced Anatomy from Monash University and enjoys furthering her anatomy and physiology study along with various techniques of movement understanding, such as the Franklin Method, Feldenkrais and neurological bodywork.
Outside the clinic, you will find Ali deeply engaged in her movement and photography/film practice, exploring and researching all aspects of the human and earthly bodies we occupy. She feels honoured to live and work on Dja Dja Wurrung's beautiful, unceded lands. Respect.
Michelle Johansson
Massage Therapist
With a strong belief that all individuals deserve warmth, care and healing, Michelle is dedicated to providing empathetic, intuitive, evidence-based and results-driven care for her clients.
Michelle has been working as a registered Remedial Massage Practitioner in Melbourne since 2003 when she graduated from The Melbourne Institute of Massage and Myotherapy and has been a member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia for over 20 years.
Michelle’s treatment goals are:
Helping clients achieve increased mobility and range of movement
Working with the body to gently relieve stress and tension
Reducing pain and discomfort
Empowering clients to take an active role in their wellbeing
Michelle’s treatments include; Remedial Massage, Cranial-Sacral balancing, Pre and Post-Natal Massage, Muscle Energy Technique, Myofascial Release, Reiki, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage and Relaxation Massage
As a registered Remedial Massage Practitioner, Michelle’s consultations are covered by most major health funds and clients are entitled to private health rebates.
Jessie Palmer
Exercise Physiologist
Over the past 10 years, Jessie has worked as an Exercise Physiologist in both public and private health settings, helping clients with a range of chronic health conditions to safely engage with exercise.
Over the years, Jessie also identified the strong relationship diet and nutrition can play in maintaining a health lifestyle, and went on to complete a masters degree in Nutrition in 2021. This breadth of knowledge allows Jessie to provide a well rounded and wholistic approach to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
Jessie’s role as an exercise physiologist is to:
Improve/maintain health status and prevent decline in health status
Prevent, treat and manage health conditions (including chronic and complex health conditions)
Screen, assess and measure capacity and function
Prescribe, deliver and adapt movement, physical activity and exercise-based interventions
Educate and give advice on the benefits of physical activity to improve health outcomes
Coach and motivate to increase engagement and adherence towards exercise
